The Bride
Elyse Perlmutter-Gumbiner
Elyse grew up in Los Angeles, and remains an Angeleno at heart, despite living in Washington, DC for most of the last 12 years. She loves to find local art while traveling, hike (LA-style), and eat copious amounts of Indian food. She can’t wait to show her East Coast friends and family why the White House should really consider moving west, and why her complaints about Delaware beaches are justified. (And yes, she’s keeping her ridiculous last name).
The Groom
Zach Cohen
Zach is a native Marylander and proud dog dad to Artie, a rescue husky mix. When not boring anyone who will listen about the finer points of energy litigation and power markets, you can find Zach reading about esoteric 20th century history, watching airplanes, or traveling on them in search of good food and skiing. Zach is so excited for you to share our joy and excitement in Santa Monica as we make Elyse’s ‘dog mom’ title official.
